ibiza pt 1: kimono she didn’t

mood: a vintage Miami postcard, our beautiful hotel in Ibiza, Japanese flowers, a vintage red bikini

I count myself lucky to have such lovely friends. One of these lovely friends is getting married soon, so we all went away to Ibiza for her hen party. We stayed in the stunningly beautiful Paradiso Art Hotel Ibiza, which was the perfect setting for some cheeky blog snaps. Get ready cause I’ve got not one, but three Ibiza blog posts featuring the beautiful Paradiso Hotel.

This green kimono is ideal to throw in your holiday case because it can be styled in many ways—and because it doesn’t wrinkle! Wear it open over your favourite bikini or one piece for a casual coverup on your way to the pool or beach. Then, after the golden hour, wrap it up and pair it with some heeled sandals for a look that’s restaurant ready.

The kimono is from Øst London, which opened up on Commercial Street a few weeks ago. This family-owned and run brand is from Denmark, where they are known as Rude. Rude have been established in Denmark since the 1990s, and have just opened a brick and mortar shop in London under the name Øst. Only you can’t buy the goods online! They make things in small batches, so you’ve got to pay them a visit at their shop at 114 Commercial Street.

If vintage-inspired shapes in cheery colours and beautiful patterns are your thing, then you’ll love Øst. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Kimono dress from Øst, bikini from & Other Stories, sandals are second hand from Depop, sunglasses are my 10-year-old Ray-Bans.
