greenie baby

mood: the green Chicago River on St. Patrick’s Day, a dreamy plant-filled room in Amsterdam, this cosy interior, the world’s tallest vertical garden in Singapore

No matter how badly we wish it wasn’t so, it seems that spring is not yet here to stay in the Big Smoke. We’re all itching for the buds to pop on the trees, but the icy bite in the air makes us run for the duvet instead. I’ve found a compromise in this jumper. It’s warm, snuggly and soft AF, but in a cheery green hue that gives me a glimmer of hope that the warmer months will soon be here to stay.

The jumper is from my high street favourite, & Other Stories, who have an admirable sustainability practice and recycling programme in place. It’s cashmere as well, so it not only is super silky soft, but doesn’t involve any synthetic or plastic fibres. I’m pairing it with my go-to jeans from Reformation, who are the goddesses of both booty-hugging denim and water conservation. Read more about their practices here.

Jumper from & Other Stories, jeans from Reformation, Vagabond boots, Urban Outfitters socks and hat.
